Membership Forms 

Listed below is a menu that will help you find all the forms that you need for membership at Horsemens. Simply click on the drop down arrow on the menu below and a list of forms will be shown to you.

Left click on the form you require and the  web wizard will take you to that form. All our forms are in PDF format, so you will need a PDF reader to be able to view them. All forms can be printed from your PC.

IMPORTANT:  Did you know that the eventing rules for Pony Club have changed?  Pony club events are now run under Equestrian Australia's National Eventing Rules as of January 1 2010. There is an addendum that has been issued in conjunction, which we have added to our form database. Why not spend some time and read or download these forms to assist you before you enter your next event?
